Sidak and Singer Analyze Nondiscrimination in
the Distribution of Interactive Television Services over Cable
J. Gregory Sidak and Hal J. Singer filed a declaration on May 11, 2001
on behalf of the Non-MVPD Owned Programming Networks in response to
the Federal Communications Commission's Notice of Inquiry regarding
interactive television. In the declaration, they address the Commission's
concern that a vertically integrated firm that is both a multichannel
video programming distributor and an interactive services provider could
discriminate in favor of affiliated interactive services.
