Sidak and Singer Analyze Nondiscrimination in the Distribution of Interactive Television Services over Cable

J. Gregory Sidak and Hal J. Singer filed a declaration on May 11, 2001 on behalf of the Non-MVPD Owned Programming Networks in response to the Federal Communications Commission's Notice of Inquiry regarding interactive television. In the declaration, they address the Commission's concern that a vertically integrated firm that is both a multichannel video programming distributor and an interactive services provider could discriminate in favor of affiliated interactive services.
