Crandall Analyzes the State of Competition in the Special Access Services Market

Robert Crandall, chairman of Criterion Economics, L.L.C., submitted a declaration on April 30, 2001 at the Federal Communications Commission on behalf of the United States Telecom Association. In the declaration, Dr. Crandall analyzes the state of competition in the special access services market. On May 14, 2001, the Federal Communications Commission issued a Public Notice entitled "Common Carrier Bureau Requests Comment on Crandall Declaration, CC Docket No. 96-98." The comments on the Crandall Declaration are due June 11, 2001, and reply comments are due June 25, 2001.
